4. Project Terms
- Proposals & Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Payments: Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the total fee is due upfront before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion.
- Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revisions, detailed in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Delivery: Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction or late submissions.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials, designs, code, and creative work produced by Muqeeriyam SoftWorks remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, intellectual property rights (excluding any third-party assets or licenses) are transferred to the client.
6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools or services into your project. Their use will be subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. In such cases, fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be due.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
